TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ATTENDANCE IN FESTIVAL PAWANA 2010
(JULY 4TH – JULY 9TH 2010)
1. The workshops are integral part of Festival and contain 2 independent blocks. The number of vacancies in each group has been limited to ~ 30 people. The minimum is 12 people.
a) XV and XVI century Italian dances (intermediate and advanced).
b) XIX century
2. The participants of the Festival can be groups of dancers or individual people. The application has to be sent until 30-05-2010 on address mailto:przeglad.pawana@gmail.com. The organizers of the Festival stipulate the rights to limit number of participants from the same team attending the same workshop.
3. The workshops will take place between July 5th and July 9rd of 2010.

5. Please transfer the money until June 10th of 2010. Please send by e-mail the scanned version of the confirmation on address mailto:przeglad.pawana@gmail.com
6. The organizer will send (due date June 5th 2010) the confirmation of attendance in workshops, only after transfer of money.
7. The workshop place – gym hall of Uniwersytet Przyrodniczy in Wrocław (http://www.ar.wroc.pl/english/), Chełmońskiego street 43.
8. The accommodation and alimentation is covered by the participants.
9. It is forbiden taking movies during wokshops (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
10. The Friday’s workshops are for summary with possibility of taking movies (after teacher and organizer agreement).
11. The teacher in this year is Mr. Lieven Baert.
12. The summary of the whole workshops will be organized on Friday (July 9th 2010) evening including presentation of the dances, which you have learned. There is planned a ball.
13. During the Festival will take place the competitions. The details you can find in separate file.
14. The shows / plays / performances (except competitions) during The renessance day on the Leśnica castle (Wrocław):
You can show dances related to any century. It can be the show of some dances, performance or play with the audience (max. 30 minuts). Please send us the scenario on our e-mail address mailto:przeglad.pawana@gmail.com until June 10th of 2010. Please also designate the contact person who is in charge of.
15. The mobiles should be switched off during the workshops and performances. Thank you for understanding.

Hello,
We would like to invite you on the VIIth International Festival of Early Dances, which will take place in Wroclaw in July (4th till 10th). The workshops (from July 5th till Friday 9th) will be led by Mr. Lieven Baert. There will be organized 2 workshops (the scope of the workshops is still under discussion). Each workshop will takes 3 hours daily, which means 15 hours/workshop. The further information will follow.

Dzień dobry,
Wzorem lat ubiegłych zapraszamy na VII Międzynarodowy Festiwal Tańców Dawnych, który odbędzie się we Wrocławiu w dniach 04-07-2010 do 10-07-2010. W tym roku zajęcia warsztatowe poprowadzi pan Lieven Baert. Organizatorzy przewidują 2 kursy (tematyka zajęć jest wciąż w trakcie konsultacji) w ilości 15 godzin / kurs, czyli 3 godzin dziennie / kurs. Warsztaty odbędą się w dniach od 5 do 9 lipca. Szczegółowe informacje zostaną zamieszczone w terminie późniejszym.
