The training course is open to all: children after 9 years old, teenagers, adults, amateurs, professionals or pre-professionals, instructors. The courses are divided into 5 levels (Elementary, Intermediate, Advanced, Higher, Adults).
Registration is done on a “first come first served” basis. The organisers reserve the right to limit the access to the training course on their own accord for both the trainees and the listeners.
The entire payment of the fee is necessary for the registration to the training course to be valid. In the event of cancellation, 30% of the reservation fees will be retained, except in the event of cause beyond control where only the registration fees will be retained. The cashing of the cheque of payment or part of the payment certifies acknowledgement of
receipt.
Any training course that has been initiated is payable.
The parents of minor pupils (accepted as of 9 years) must necessarily fill-in and sign the parental authorization at the back of the registration form. Any person registered with the training course certifies being medically authorized to practice dance and to have subscribed a civil liability insurance. If, after having registered, he/she were cognizant of health problems which could have an influence on the running of the training course, he/she should immediately inform the “Academie de Ballet” in writing. In addition, he/she gives permission for any medical or surgical intervention, considered to be necessary, by a qualified doctor. He/she (or him/her parent or legal guardian in the case of minors) agrees to pay the fees related to the former.
The external minor pupils are under the responsibility of the organisation throughout the course within the facilities of the CNSMD and for transfers to the restaurant, only for those who have registered in advance. The organisation is not responsible in the event of unauthorized leave either between classes or at the end of them. The boarders are not
authorised to leave the premises. No exemption will be accepted.
The organisation is not responsible for any corporal injury or property damage caused or incurred by anyone, including the trainees during the classes and during transfers.
The management of the training course declines any responsibility as for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
The trainee must always have his course card on him: it will be delivered to him/her on arrival at the training course and he/she will have to present it in order to have access to each class. The instructors reserve the right to change the level of the pupil during the training course. The pupil cannot change his/her level at his/her own initiative and must respect the shedule that corresponds to his/her level.
The persons in charge of the course reserve the right to make changes in the running of the training course. A certificate will be delivered at the end of the training course.
The trainees promise to acquaint themselves with general instructions regarding safety.
The organisers reserve the right to exclude, instantly, any trainee who would not respect the rules regarding procedure and security instructions in the reception area
(Boarding school, class studios) or whose behaviour could harm safety.
It is forbidden to take videos, photographies or class-notes in the premises of the training course (the organisers reserve exclusiveness and the rights). The trainee or his legal representative authorizes the organisers to reproduce and publish all photographies taken throughout the training course.
