XIV COURT DANCE FESTIVAL "CRACOVIA DANZA"

The 14th ‘Cracovia Danza’ Court Dance Festival will be held between July 28th and August 4th 2013 and will revolve around the leitmotif of "Spanish Court".

Spanish art and court culture both exceptionally rich and remarkablehave been inspiring the greatest European artists for centuries. Spanish themes are basic elements of music, theatre and dance repertoire. The 17th- and 18th- century ballets use dance to tell the stories of Don Quichotte and Don Juan. Espagnolettes, Airs Espagnols, Sarabandes, Canarios, Folies Espagne are presented at every European court. The Festival will host great Spanish artists and court dance specialists, such as Ana Yepes, Carles Mas y Garcia.
