The Jane Austen Dancers are based in the beautiful Georgian City of Bath, where Jane Austen set two of her six published novels and made her home from 1801 to 1806.
The Jane Austen Dancers provide opportunities for people from all backgrounds to develop their knowledge of and skill at the dances from Jane Austen's lifetime and the Regency/late Georgian era (c 1775-1830) and share their knowledge and pleasure with a wider public through a varied programme of regular classes for all levels of ability, balls (including an Annual Ball each February aimed at dancers with some experience) and performances.
Taught by Liz Bartlett.
