Come and join the Nonsuch Dancers this summer for a fully residential dance course. Learning alongside our professional company of dancers and actors dressed in period costumes; you will dance circle dances, line dances, ballroom dances, processions and patterns – connecting to different historical periods, with music, art, costume and evening dances.
Watch performances and demonstrations, be instructed all the way from your first step to your final bow and even join in with the performances as well! You will have the chance to work in separate groups with different technical skills.
Music Option:- If you would like to explore Early Music for Dance as an option please let us know.
Optional activities include talks, lectures and local history trips or take the opportunity to explore the local area for yourself. There is no need to bring a partner - the course welcomes adults of all ages.
