Ballet de la musique will be performed on stage for the first time in The Krzysztof Penderecki European Centre for Music in Lusławice on Saturday, 25th October at 7 pm (it was presented before just once - as finale of Court Dance Festival in August). The day earlier there will be an open rehearsal for students. Court Ballet “Cracovia Danza” will be accompanied by Early Music Ensemble “Intrada”.
We can say that it will be ”triple” premiere. No only it will be our new spectacle, but also our debut in Lusławice. It will as well the first ballet performance in Penderecki Center.
- My idea was to show music as a theme of ballet performance, not only its accompaniment. As something that you could see. – says Romana Agnel, Director of Court Ballet “Cracovia Danza”. - In “Ballet de la musique” which is “ballet of the music” we show many element connected to music, e.g. instruments. There are also Tactus and Harmony, so it is everything that create and organize music.
