Here there is no spoken text but music sung and danced ; shadow-play where both the best and the worst become fantastic ; a baroque universe, refined and surrealist.
Traditionally, the story takes place in the distant past. References to contemporary reality lend a hint of absurdity that provokes laughter, building links with the public and contributing to an atmosphere of delicious fear. A fear overcome by laughter, a sense of the marvellous and the beautiful.
