Workshop as a part of the 6th International days of Baroque dance in Potsdam:

Theatrical Group dance for less experienced dancers                   

 The effective use of steps & spatial patterns for dancers with little or no experience in Baroque Dance, and/or dance tutors who are interested in group choreography. The workshop will focus on technique, style & spatial patterns, rather than numerous step variations, in a dance choreographed by Philippa. The dance chosen will depend on the number of participants and will be selected from a variety of dance rhythms such as Menuet, Sarabande, Bourée or Gigue to music by popular Baroque composers such as Bach, Lully, Telemann and Purcell.

Tanzworkshop im Rahmen der 6. Internationalen Barocktanztage in Potsdam

Theater-/Bühnentänze für Tänzer mit geringen Vorkenntnissen                                 

Die effektive Nutzung von Schritten und Raumwegen für Tänzer mit wenig oder keiner Erfahrung im Barocktanz, und / oder Tanzlehrer, die Interesse an Gruppenchoreographien haben. Der Workshop wird sich auf Technik, Stil und Raumwege konzentrieren, anstatt zahlreicher Schrittvariationen, in einem Tanz von Philippa choreographiert.

Die Tanzauswahl wird von der Anzahl der Teilnehmer abhängen und wird eine Vielzahl von Tanzrhythmen wie Menuett, Sarabande, Gigue und Bourrée einschließen und zu Musik von beliebten barocken Komponisten wie Bach, Lully, Telemann und Purcell ausgewählt werden. 

Geeignet für Anfänger mit Vorkenntnissen, Workshopsprache: Englisch
