“Occhi ridenti” at Rothenfels: photos and backstage

Three Italian Higher Artistic and Musical Education Institutions co-produce a performance for the Burg Rothenfels 4th Historical Dance Symposium Dance in Italy, Italian Dance in Europe, 1400 – 1900 dedicated to the memory of Barbara Sparti (1932-2013).

On 27 May the Castle of Burg Rothenfels hosted the performance Occhi ridenti. Music, song and dance between Cinquecento and early Seicento, a co-production by Accademia Nazionale di Danza (also endorsing the Symposium), Conservatorio “Luisa D’Annunzio” – Pescara present with its Recorder Consort, and Accademia di Belle Arti – L’Aquila that has made the costumes.
