Erlesenes Fingerfoodbuffet mit klassischen und extravaganten französischen Speisen wie:
Coquilles Saint Jacques an Brombeerconfit,
Hirsch- & Kalbspastete mit Sauce Cumberland,
Beluga Linsen mit Trüffel-Majonaise
(auch vegetarische Auswahl)   Das weitere Abendprogramm ist noch in der Planung und wird eine Mischung aus Musikalischen und lyrischen Darbietungen, einer Portraitistin, u.v.m. Neben dem Pre Ball Workshop am 01.09.2022 sind noch weitere Veranstaltungen rund um den Ballabend geplant, wie Stadt- und Museumsführungen, etc.   Ballabend inkl. Tänzen, Programmpunkten, Buffet - 120 Euro pP Empfohlen wird der Pre Ball Workshop am Abend zuvor mit Birte Hoffmann-Cabenda, die die Tänze des Ballabends in Grundzügen einüben wird - 12 Euro pP Weitere Veranstaltungen werden sich im Rahmen von 12 Euro pP bewegen.   Um zeitgenössische Kleidung oder historisierende ("Bridgerton") wird gebeten.

Exquisite finger food buffet with classic and extravagant French dishes such as:
Coquilles Saint Jacques on blackberry confit,
Venison & veal pâté with Cumberland sauce,
Beluga lentils with truffle mayonnaise
(also vegetarian selection) The rest of the evening programme is still being planned and will be a mixture of musical and lyrical performances, a portraitist, and much more.
In addition to the Pre Ball Workshop on 01.09.2022, further events are planned around the ball evening, such as guided tours of the city and museums, etc. Ball evening incl. dances, programme items, buffet - 120 euros pP
We recommend the Pre Ball Workshop the evening before with Birte Hoffmann-Cabenda, who will practice the basic dances of the ball evening - 12 Euro pP
Other events will be in the range of 12 Euro pP.

Contemporary dress or historical ("Bridgerton") is requested.
