Les Tabourot

Les Tabourot is an amateur dance group based in Switzerland, whose international membership is passionate about the popular dances of the 15th century. The repertoire is primarily derived from the Orchesographie de Thoinot Arbeau and includes demonstration dances (i.e. Les Bouffons), as well as those which are danced with the public, children and adults, such as Farandoles, Titzel-Tatzel, Rolda etc. Classes and rehearsals are conducted in French, English and German (depending on the language of the participants).
