Die Tradition der Hoftänze aus der alten Königsstadt Krakau lebt im modernen Krakau fort und wird vom Hofballett „Cracovia Danza“ gepflegt und weiterentwickelt. Das Repertoire von „Cracovia Danza“ umfasst Schauspiele und Tänze vom Mittelalter bis zur Gegenwart, dargeboten in prächtigen Kostümen. Das städtische Ensemble ist regelmäßig Gast bei Tanz- und Musikfestspielen in aller Welt und veranstaltet in jedem Sommer das Krakauer Tanzfestival „Cracovia Danza“.
