The approach of the Cortesia to the interpretation of music and dance is based upon research, study and reconstruction of original written records. With special attention and devotion they perform works of art composed by authors whose artistic activity was connected in the past with the territory of contemporary Slovenia. They wish to present the European culture of the Renaissance perion to selected audiences and - in that context - to emphasize and treasure their own music and dance heritage.
