Historical Dance: Ringve International Summer Course in Early Music

Seven days of baroque dance in an exclusive interaction with the renowned Ringve International Summer Course in Early Music.

The course includes a daily warm-up and dance class based on historical dance techniques, repertoire classes, Feuillet notation, live music, cooperation with the music course, evening country dance classes, daily concerts and student performance in Trondheim.

Level: Dancers, dance students and dance teachers in primary school, lower and upper secondary school, high school and higher performing arts education are welcomed. Parts of the course will require an advanced technical level in dance.

Location: Sund folkehøgskole at Inderøy, about 100 km north of Trondheim.

Time: July 22–30, 2019. Recommended travel days: July 22 and 30.

Course fee and housing:
Active participants: NOK 2.500 per person
Room and full board: NOK 4.000/5.300 (double/single room)
