The stately home at Hingene was the ‘maison de plaisance’ of the aristocratic d’Ursel family for almost four centuries. Now, it belongs to the Province of Antwerp who has restored the castle to its former glory with passion.

On this festive evening, the grand hall of the castle will once again be transformed into an 18th-century ballroom, replete with flickering candles on the driveway, beautiful costumes, and elegant ladies and gentlemen.

"L'Europe Galante" – a course for Campra's 350th anniversary year, taught by Jane Gingell.

In 1697, Campras’s opera-ballet “L’Europe Galante” caused a sensation, with its sumptuous scenes set in a Spanish Garden, a Venetian Carnival and a Turkish Harem.

Jane Gingell teaches an introductory course on Baroque Dance Technique.

Cet été concert, Spectacle, bal, atelier danse... dans divers lieux de la région dieppoise: les églises d' Arques la Bataille, de Colmesnil et de Varengeville sur Mer, mais aussi dans le Salon de Musique du Bois des Moutiers.
Les Musiciens de Saint Julien seront présents pour deux concerts, un bal et un atelier danse avec la participation exceptionnelle d'Yvon Guilcher.
