My name is Christine Titi and I am the communication and press relation manager of L'Eclat des Muses - Cie Christine Bayle. Christine Bayle founded the company in 1983 with the objective to continue the work started by the choreologist Francine Lancelot and the harpsichordist and theorician Antoine Geoffroy-Dechaume. The company brings musicians and dancers together to create contemporary baroque dance shows that are always performed with 'live' musicians and often use theatrical play. The shows are created, by the choreographer Christine Bayle and composer and musician Patrick Blanc, based on dance and music research, done together with the team of dancers, musicians and historians. The company is also a dance school that trains professionals and amateurs and organises cultural education workshops in primary and higher education schools.
