We are pleased to invite you to  Florilegio di opere e passi in onore di Barbara Sparti, held in Rome on June 17 at Accademia Nazionale di Danza on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of her death. The event is organised by Accademia Nazionale di Danza and Accademia degli Intermedi, with the collaboration of Biblioteca dell’Accademia Nazionale di Danza and the sponsorship of AIRDanza and some supporters (see attached program).

The workshop will cover Regency dances in the morning with country dances and cotillons. In the afternoon we will dance some later quadrilles from the Victorian era.  Studying these dances will help us learn their fundamental moves, footwork, timing and patterns. In dancing together, dancers can get a great sense of teamwork and achievement! All welcome, both beginners and experienced dancers.

”Moderne” Renaissancetänze, unter anderem zur Musik von F. Caroubel aus Terpsichore und von Emilio de Cavalieri.

Dieses mal wird Meister Passacaglia einige von seinen eigenen  Choreografien präsentieren, haupsächlich Paartänze zur Musik aus unterschiedlichen Quellen.
