Beginners and Intermediate

The Bourée d’Achille, choreographed by Pécour, was first published in 1700. It is one of the simplest notated dances for a couple, making it ideal for dancers at beginner and intermediate levels.
For beginners the course offers an introduction to the baroque dance step repertoire. For intermediate dancers, the opportunity to coordinate the baroque port de bras confidently with the steps.

Stage d'été avec Annabelle Blanc, danseuse et claveciniste, du 15 au 19 Juillet de 19h à 21h. 5 jours de pratique de "Belle Dance" pour travailler le Menuet sous toutes ses formes!

Échauffement, apprentissage des pas spécifiques, écoute musicale et chorégraphies des maîtres à danser de l'époque.

Rigaudon – als ein lustiger Tanz mit lebhaften Bewegungen wird er beschrieben, der seine ländliche Herkunft auch am französischen Hof nicht verleugnen konnte. Man darf sich mit dem von Mr. Balon kreierten und von Dezais für das Jahr 1719 herausgegebenen Tanz „Rigaudon de Provence“ also auf eine spritzige und leichtfüßig zu tanzende Choreographie freuen – eine Choreographie, die abwechslungsreiches Schrittmaterial, fröhlich rustikale Stimmung und barocke Eleganz miteinander verbindet.
