Ball ab 19.30 Uhr

Einen Kostümball im Sibylla-Augusta Festsaal (Rittersaal) im Ettlinger Schloss veranstalten die Tanzgruppe „Caprice“ und die Wirkstatt in Kooperation mit dem Kulturamt Ettlingen am Samstag, 11. Februar ab 19:30 Uhr. Damit wird eine Tradition wieder lebendig, die einst von Markgraf Ludwig Wilhelm und seiner Gemahlin Sibylla Augusta gepflegt wurde.

With the sounds of the Radetzky march and the Blue Danube still fresh in our ears, the salons of Ghent's opera are converted into a Wiener bonbonnière. In accordance with ancient traditions we are graciously led through the nicest dances. Ladies, hold on to your dance card because you get to choose a dance partner!

On the 7th of January 2012 we organise a historic ball with Lieven Baert as dancing master.

He will teach 19th century dances that connect to our new year’s concert “from Paris to Vienna”.

We are happy to invite you to the 9th International Festival of Early Dance PAWANA 2012 in Wroclaw.

The program includes:
- The Renaissance Fair
- Dancing and acting workshops
- Historical Costume Ball

Harlekin persönlich lädt uns zu einer tänzerischen Zeitreise ins Barock ein - natürlich mit originalen Tänzen des 17./18. Jahrhunderts:

Viele schöne Kontratänze von sehr leicht bis anspruchsvoll;
Menuette für Tänzer(innen) mit Erfahrung;
barocke Paarchoreographien

- natürlich zu Livemusik.

Harlekin und Konsorten unterhalten das Publikum mit spielerischen und tänzerischen Einlagen.
Teilnehmer des Kurses "Commedia nel Balletto" stellen
komische Szenen nach S. R. Behr pantomimisch und tänzerisch dar.
