ORIGINALE E CONTEMPORANEO LETTURE E RILETTURE COREOGRAFICHE DEL CINQUECENTO ITALIANO

Menschen, die zu verschiedenen Zeiten gelebt haben, versammeln sich zum Tanz, der die Standesunterschiede aufhebt. Papst und Königin, Bürger und Bauern, Reiche und Arme reichen sich dazu die Hände.

Dieses alte Motiv aus Kunst und Literatur bildet das Szenario für ein makaber-fröhliches Fest voll schwarzem Humor. (Größtenteils) guterhaltene Ballbesucher/innen aus verschiedenen Epochen werden die anderen Gäste im schönen historischen Spiegelsaal zu ihren Lieblingstänzen bitten.

Ana Yepes teaches Spanish baroque dance according to the following sources : Esquivel de Navarro, “Discursos sobre el Arte de Danzado”, Sevilla 1642, and Juan Antonio Jaque “El Libro de danzar”, XVIIth century Her work on technique and interpretation, as well as the warm-up she proposes are also essential elements of her teaching.
