The ensemble of the early music and dance was founded in 1985. Jūratė Mikiškaitė- Vičienė is the art director and director of musicians of the ensemble and Virginija Jašinskienė is the director of dancers.

The most extensive interpretation course of early music, dance & baroque acting with the longest tradition and world-wide reputation, held in the CR since 1986.
Three dance classes:
Katerina Dolezalova: „la belle danse“ – the Louis XIV epoque Baroque dances.
Frantisek Dofek: French Renaissance pavans, galliards and branles for beginners, Italian Renaissance dance techniques for advanced dancers.
Eva Kröschlova: 17th century dances (John Playford and others; well, but also less known social dance choreographies.
Baroque acting:
For the reason of saving money the famous Leipzig Tanzarchiv is at the danger of being destroyed.
Raise your voice and tell the saxonian Minister, that the archive has high importance within the dancing community.
