Eine der früher mit bedeutendsten Handelsstraßen verband Nürnberg und Venedig, sie brachte Waren, süße Speis, Wohlstand und seine Feste.
Kleidet und putzt Euch heraus, um mit mir das tanzend' Bein zu schwingen. Mit lustigen Kreisen und wilden Gassen verführe ich Euch zu einem himmlischen Vergnügen. Diesmal lädt das stilvolle Ambiente des Genossenschaftssaalbaus ein.

En 1518, il y a donc tout juste 500 ans, le château d’Amboise fut le théâtre de festivités grandioses à l’occasion du baptême du Dauphin François (fils aîné de François Ier) et du mariage du neveu du pape, Laurent II de Médicis. Ces rendez-vous exceptionnels, ou s’invitèrent les plus hauts enjeux diplomatiques, réunirent autour du roi tous les dignitaires de haut rang du royaume et les ambassadeurs des cours princières européennes.

Tickets for the Ball include entrance, the dancing, entertainment and a delicious two course buffet. The tables seat ten and when purchasing tickets please tell us who you wish to sit near and if you are vegetarian or have a food allergy. Plaisir Courtois celebrates her 40th anniversary with a gala-ball. There is a possibility to practice in the afternoon. Dinner is included.

A Weekend dedicated to dance in 1818 in Lucca, Tuscany. 

On Friday 24th August 2018, from 9pm to 11pm, there will be a run-through of the choreography for the Grand Ball, in Palazzo Tucci in Lucca, in costumes from 1805 to 1818, held by Maestro Donald Francis from L'Atelier de Danse in Florence.
