The Early Dance Circle’s Biennial Conference will be held at St Katharine's Parmoor on 8-10 May 2026. St. Katharine’s, the former home of King Zog of Albania, is a lovely old country mansion in Buckinghamshire, with comfortable rooms, and a very suitable venue for our conference. It’s fully residential, in a lovely building with extensive grounds to wander in, including a walled vegetable garden. It would be very nice to see you all at the Conference, and if possible, for you to offer a paper for the conference.

Conférence dansée menée par Christine Grimaldi et Jean-Charles Donnay dans le labyrinthe du château royal de Nérac. Une petite histoire de la danse de la Renaissance à travers les personnages qui ont habité le site, Henri IV, sa soeur Catherine, la reine Marguerite ( Margot ), mais aussi Catherine de Médicis et son énorme apport italien. De la Cour de France à celle d'Italie la danse est divertissante, spectaculaire et ...politique .

The Court Dance Festival is an artistic event organized by the Balet Dworski Cracovia Danza. Its main goal is to present the dance heritage of Kraków, Poland, Europe, and even the entire world. The culture of court dances, present in every country, serves as a source of inspiration for creating performances and artistic spectacles rooted in traditions and practices preserved to this day.

Curso de danza del Renacimiento a cargo de Marco Bendoni en Florencia, con el que haremos un recorrido histórico de los primeros manuales de danza de Guglielgmo Lo Ebreo, coreógrafo, compositor y teórico de la danza que trabajó para la corte de Lorenzo de Medici, cuyo arte e historia conoceremos a través de nuestras visitas guiadas.

Mit Tänzen aus der Renaissance und der ersten Playfordausgabe von 1651. Entsprechend weitgesteckt darf auch die Kleidung der Gäste sein; Mittelalterkleid, Renaissancekostüm oder Commedia dell‘arte... Ihr seid herzlich willkommen!

Das Ballticket kostet 85€, darin enthalten sind Begrüssungssekt, Buffett, & Mineralwasser.
