Bal renaissance qui aura lieu à Montpellier le 6 novembre 2010 à 20h30 à la salle Pétrarque. Pour ceux qui le souhaitent, ce bal sera précédé dans la même journée par un stage d'initiation à la danse renaissance. Lors du bal, il sera très conseillé de venir costumé, bien que ce ne soit pas obligatoire. Aucun niveau en danse n'est requis pour participer au stage ni au bal. Jean-Marie Belmont, notre maître à danser, initiera ceux qui le souhaitent à quelques danses de la Renaissance.

The World of Harlequin
A Commedia dell’Arte course with Jane Gingell

In this 3 day course we will be looking at the characters of the Commedia dell’Arte, experimenting with mime, dance and mask-work. The wily Harlequin, foolish Zanni, vulgar Pulcinella and the doddering Dottore all offer fascinating opportunities for character work; and we’ll also be dancing to commedia music from Charpentier and Campra.

Wenn Sie das lernen wollen, dann ist dieser Kurs genau das Richtige für Sie: an zwei Tagen werden Schritte, bühnentaugliche Paraden, Angriffe und Konterangriffe mit dem Anderthalbhänder, sowie eine Auswahl unbewaffneter Bühnenkampftechniken vermittelt.
Auch die darstellerische Umsetzung, sei es auf der klassischen Bühne oder auf dem Mittelaltermarkt, soll während des Kurses thematisiert werden.

The school classes starts on Sunday 25th July to Friday 30th July, in the afternoon (15.00-18.00).

The Summer School is an opportunity to meet and share various pleasures: the dance, the mountain, the friendship and the cultural itineraries.
It is a place to meet passionate and friends coming from different towns and to share the study of dance programs presented by various teachers.

Villa Bottini

Villa Bottini or Buonvisi the Garden is located in the center of Lucca.
Built by Paul Buonvisi in the second half of the sixteenth century, is shaped like a box topped by a belvedere loggia.
Post longitudinal axis of the garden gives rise to two parks of different sizes.
