Società di Danza - Roma realized a 19th century grand ball in the magnificent Palazzo Farnese in Caprarola, also known as Villa Farnese, a mansion in the town of Caprarola north of Rome.
Dancers of the Società di Danza coming from Rome, and also from other towns, including Naples and Salerno, realized quadrilles, waltzes, contredanses, marches.

Seit vielen Jahren arbeiten wir an der Rekonstruktion der originalen Musik historischer Tänze. Inzwischen haben wir schon mehr als 100 Notensätze in den Opern, Balletten und Recueils des 17. & 18. Jahrhunderts gefunden. Diese haben wir auf die Tänze angepasst, d.h. die Wiederholungen, Verzierungen, etc. des Tanzes mit dem Originalstück abgestimmt.
Es sind alles Originalsätze und keine Eigenkompositionen!
