For 2011 DHDS is introducing the concept of multi-period summer schools, with 3 classes on offer: Cecília's baroque ballroom dance, Jørgen's overview of baroque ballroom dance and Anne's focus on the social dance of Austen's time.
All classes are intermediate, i.e. for dancers with some experience. If you are unsure which class to join or whether a class is for you, please contact the Summer School Administrator.

This CD has been specially commissioned by DHDS to create a skillful recording of the original music for unique dance choreographies in the treatises of Domenico da Piacenza and Guglielmo Ebreo c. 1450-1500; to provide vibrant music that renders these dances irresistible, making you want to get on the floor and dance.
Obtainable from DHDS publications
