Die Kunst des Tanzens

Die Komplexität von Musik und Bewegung war für den Adel eine Herausforderung, um sich vom einfachen Volk zu unterscheiden.

Meisterschaft, Disziplin und Anmut in der tänzerischen Bewegung waren den Tanzmeistern zufolge von größter Bedeutung.

Ob es auf der Tanzfläche genauso kunstvoll zuging, ist eine andere Frage.

Der Kurs geht auf die Essenz der Tanzkunst des 15. Jahrhunderts mit viel Technik, Raumverständnis, rhythmischer Interpretation und Ausdruckskraft ein.

La compañía de danza histórica, Armonia Danza, ofrece un curso intensivo de danza de los siglos  XV y XVI en el Festival Renancen de Madrid, de la mano del coreográfo y bailarín, Marco Bendoni. El curso se inicia con un breve recorrido histórico del nacimiento de las danzas del Renacimiento y del estudio y práctica de las coreografías originales de los siglos  XV y siglo XVI.

5 Abende Barock-Paartanz

Courante, Menuet, Gigue, Bourrée, Gavotte, Rigaudon ... So vielfältig die Namen der musikalischen Formen sind, so ähnlich ist das Form- und Schrittrepertoire dieser «danses de bal». Bei den Paartänzen stellen die Damen und Herren in gefälligen Choreographien ihre Anmut und Körperbeherrschung zur Schau.

Nous aborderons la technique de base des pas baroques et du mouvement gracieux, sur la partie Forlane de la Bavière, en première partie. Puis nous appliquerons les pas baroques dans un contillon de 1760 afin de s'amuser en fin de stage.

Prévoir un tapis de sol pour l'échauffement au sol et des chaussures à semelles souples sans talons hauts.

Gesellschaftstäze der Renaissance Basic November 2022

Seit Oktober 2021 gibt es in der Tanzschule Svabek in Wien die Möglichkeit, Gesellschaftstänze der Renaissance von Grund auf zu erlernen.

Am 03. November 2022 starten die Novembertermine des Basic-Kurses.

The Historical Dance Society is bringing together renowned historians, researchers and practitioners to enjoy a weekend of Shakespeare-themed activities.  References to dances and dancing appear throughout Shakespeare's plays. This weekend explores the dances, dance music and costumes that were familiar to Shakespeare and his circle.

Ballroom Dances from the Period 1800-1900.

It will be the 10th time for the Dance Summer School. The school is a course, a Grand Ball and sightseeing in the neighbourhood. Full accomodation and lodging is at Snoghoj Folk High School. El curso de Danza del Renacimiento " Renacen " será impartido por el bailarín y coreógrafo Marco Bendoni durante la celebración del Festival de artes escénicas " Renacen " de Madrid, organizado por la compañía de teatro " Garcilasos ", teniendo como principal objetivo difundir el entorno histórico y cultural del Renacimiento  para contribuir  a la difusión de la música, danza, poesia, teatro y literatura.

The Course will take place over the weekend of 1st and 2nd October 2022.  Saturday 1st : An introduction to Folía and its variations, which has its own style and step vocabulary, catering also for those with less experience of the period. Sunday 2nd : Aiming at more experienced dancers, focus will be on Folies d’Espagne, as performed in the French Court.
