An diesem Sonntag wollen wir uns verschiedenen barocken Tanztypen wie Courante, Menuett oder Rigaudon nähern, indem wir passende gesellige Gassentänze wie z.B. „Lady Mary’s Courant“ jeweils mit dem zugehörigen Schrittmaterial tanzen. Wer Barockmusik spielt, kann hier also erfahren, wie es sich dazu tanzt, ohne gleich tief in die barocke Tanztechnik einzusteigen. Und wer einfach gern Gassentänze tanzt, ist hier natürlich auch richtig.

The 18th Cracovia Danza Court Dance Festival will take place in Krakow between July 30th and August 6th. Held under the In the Far East title, this year’s edition will concentrate on Asia. As usual, the Festival will welcome an international circle of dancers who will take part in open-air performances, presentations and court dance workshops.
