Dear Colleagues, We would like to share with you current opportunity in the international performing arts field. There are several scholarships available for actors, dancers, directors, choreographers and students for participation in the International Physical Theatre Lab and International Performing Arts Conference "Theatre between Tradition and Contemporaneity" which will be happening from 13 to 21 of December, 2018 in Austria! Last year the Conference connected Speakers and participants from over 40 countries!

Ich habe meine Leidenschaft für das historische Tanzen während meines Studiums am musikwissenschaftlichen Institut der Universität Heidelberg entdeckt und weiterenwickelt. Ich war Gründungsmitglied und Tanzleiterin der Renaissancetanzgruppe Saltarello und übernahm nach meinem berufsbedingten Wechsel nach Nürnberg die ehrenamtliche Tanzleitung bei der Nürnberger Schembart-Gesellschaft. In vielen Kursen bei den führenden Tanzhistorikerin Europas, wie zum Beispiel Barbara Sparti, Lieven Baert, Jane Gingell, Bruna Gondoni u.a. habe ich meine Kenntnisse vertieft.

Das „Casseler Tanzalbum“ war eines von 5 Casseler Tanz-Alben mit Tänzen für die Gesellschaft der 2. Hälfte des 19. Jahrhunderts. Das Besondere an diesem hier vorliegenden Tanz-Album ist, dass die Kompositionen die Stadt Kassel um 1870 - 1880 durch Walzer-, Polka, Rheinländer Polka-, Schottisch-, Mazurka-, Walzer-, und Galoppmelodien betanzen.
