Danza Vosolvia lädt ein zum Wochenendkurs: L’Arte del Ballare - Die Tanzkunst im 15. Jahrhundert - TEIL 2  mit Lieven Baert, Gent

Einige italienische Tanzmeister wie Da Piacenza, Ebreo und Cornazano haben uns verschiedene Manuskripte mit Tanztheorie und Choreographien hinterlassen.

Sie sprechen darin alle über „die KUNST zu Tanzen“ und erwarten von den Ausführenden den Regeln der Musikalität, der Schrittgenauigkeit und rhythmischen Perfektion, der Eleganz und des Ausdrucks oder der Dynamik zu folgen.

Società di Danza Firenze organizes a 19th Century Grand  Ball in the beautiful Villa Viviani  

Waltzes, quadrills, polka and mazurkas, contredanse and marches, Scottish country dances.

The ball will take place in the charming ancient salon of Villa Viviani.

The historical villa has also a beautiful italian garden with a scenographic view of the City  

The buffet will be served at the of the Ball.

Circolo Pisano della Società di Danza organizes anreconstruction of a 19th Cenntury grand Ball in the marvellious historical Villa Agostini della Seta di Corliano, close to Pisa.

Quadrilles, waltz, polka and mazurkas, contredanse and marches, Scottish country dance and aglio.

The ball will take place in the elegant and charming main salon with ancient frescoes of Villa della Seta di Corliano.

„An Ecchoe”

Eine einzigartige Choreographie in vielerlei Hinsicht. Sie steht in einer englischen Sammlung von Tänzen von 1711 von Pemberton und benutzt sowohl die Feuillet/Beauchamp-Notation als auch Feuillets vereinfachtes Notationssystem. Die Sammlung enthält Choreographien von verschiedenen Tanzmeistern für 1 bis 12 Tänzer. Das Menuett für 12 von Mr Priest wurde vielleicht für die von Josias Priest geführte Mädchenschule entworfen. Für ihn wurde diese Sammlung vielleicht erstellt.
