Against a background of fifty years folk-dancing, she specialises in music for disabled people, storytelling and English historical dance. Ann trains with Dolmetsch Historical Dance Society and is Historical Dancing Master at Barrington Court (National Trust), near her home in south west UK.

Wir tanzen alte Tänze aus der Playford-Sammlung bis hin zu Tänzen moderner Choreographen aus Europa und USA. Englische Tänze sind Paartänze; dennoch ist es nicht erforderlich, mit einem festen Partner zu kommen. Es gehört zum Stil der Tänze, nach jedem Tanz den Partner zu wechseln. Niemand bleibt übrig. Vorkenntnisse sind hilfreich.
Ricarda Hennig tanzt und unterrichtet seit ca. 30 Jahren Englische Kontratänze und reist regelmäßig zu Tanztreffen. Verlagsneue Tonträger und Tanzbeschreibungen sind erhältlich.
Tanzkleidung: bequeme Kleidung, leichte Tanzschuhe, keine spitzen Absätze!
