Musikalisch und choreografisch bleiben sie eine Inspirationsquelle was Musikalität und Diversität in Rhythmus und Tempo, Eleganz und Dynamik betrifft. Nur ein intensives und bewusstes Training kann diese Tänze zum Leben erwecken und somit auch eine Pseudo-Eleganz vermeiden.

Das Quattrocento, d. h. das 15. Jahrhundert auf italienischem Boden ist reich an Tänzen voller Vitalität und Schwung, aber auch reich an Tänzen voller Gemessenheit und intellektueller Herausforderung. Eine höchst attraktive Verbindung zwischen beidem sind die Tänze mit programmatischem Inhalt, die ein außerhalb des Tanzes liegendes Thema auf choreographische Weise umsetzen. Mit viel Phantasie, oft auch Witz und Humor gehen die beiden Tanzmeister Domenico und Guglielmo dabei zu Werke.
